    3. Shipping and Delivery
    • Processing Time: Standard processing time is 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified.
    • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping options selected during checkout (we are still working on Express shipping. For now, we can only offer standard shipping option)
    • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
      4. Returns and Refunds
      • Final Sales: All sales are final unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
      • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged, contact our customer service team within 10 days with photos for assistance.
      5. Size and Product Changes
      • Fulfillment Timing: Orders are fulfilled 24 hours after placement, making changes is difficult.
      • Sizing Assistance: Refer to our Sizing Guide or contact our team for sizing assistance before ordering.

      • Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is accurate during order placement.
      • Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave our office.
